"Today" August 4, 2024

Today I spoke to one of my sisters, she is one is my co workers that i worked side by side for a very long time, but anyway I called her because I was scrolling down the obituaries and saw another co worker that had passed and I called her to see if she knew about it, and she said yeah and I knew he was sick off and on as the years went by, but that really shocked me, we never no. Then she hit me with you I have breast cancer, and i'm like no, well i already been hit two co workers passing and now this, I was upset and asked her our normal questions what are you going to do , she told and we presiding to talk about doctors and what doctors is she going to see and so on, and we both worked with doctors and we are both in the medical field, so I asked her are any of the doctors that we use to work for still practicing, and she stated she think so, so this one particular doctor we worked for came to mind, she good, but the bedside manner sucks, but when I tell you I got so emotional and just start crying and about to cry as I type this, I don't know what came over me, but I was so emotional and still am. The bible talks about "Faith" so today we pray that God gives her strength and that she continues to build her 'Faith" in her that she can beat this Demon we call cancer and that it will never return in her body ever again.

Here is a short Prayer for all the women and men who are battling breast cancer today:

Father, for the strength you have given them I thank you. For the health you have blessed me with, I thank you. For the women and men who are going through breast cancer and their families i ask you to strengthen and to heal as you see fit. Lord we know you want us to be in good health and to prosper. Amen.
